We are one of the pioneers in Europe and work with more than 500 multinational companies such as ASML, Atos, BASF, Capgemini, Merck, SAP, Telekom, and Sky Media. We have achieved this while remaining a fully bootstrapped, autonomous company.
Work at home or in our small, homey office in Prenzlauer Berg as you please. You never have to ask permission or decide your home office days in advance.
Work 9-6 without overtime and receive 30 vacation days per calendar year. You won’t be seeing people online or at the office late in the evening.
You will regularly receive, and be able to give, comprehensive and appreciative feedback. We also provide free coaching as well as meditation app subscriptions.
We all genuinely enjoy being able to spend time together.
We organise in-person team gatherings every few months for both our Germany and India-based colleagues. You can also spend time time for virtual coffees team members.
